SECTION 15D. Personnel administrative reporting and information system

The public institutions of higher education shall report all personnel information for those employees compensated from any budgetary, federal, capital or trust fund through the personnel administrative reporting and information system, so-called, by July thirty-first, nineteen hundred and ninety-three.
