SECTION 20. Distance of LNG import terminal from certain establishments

A LNG import terminal shall have a minimum distance of 5,000 feet from the center of the LNG tank to the nearest residential home, elderly housing complexes, schools, hospitals, health care facilities, businesses or developments.
