Update on Monday, September 21, 2015

The commissioner shall be the executive and administrative head of the department. There shall be in the department a division of inspection as established by section four A, under the charge of a director to be known as the chief of inspections. There shall be in the department a board to be known as the board of building regulations, established under section 93 of chapter 143.
