SECTION 44. Destruction or disposal of certain entertainment permit applications or reports

The colonel may after two years destroy or otherwise dispose of applications for approval of entertainments on Sunday, inspection reports of theaters and halls under the state building code, and applications for permits for special exhibitions of pictures. Any proceeds received from their disposal shall be paid to the commonwealth.
