SECTION 69. Standards of skill for special officers licensed under Secs. 56 to 68; rules and regulations

The colonel of state police may promulgate rules and regulations as may be necessary to insure proper standards of skill for special state police officers licensed by said colonel under the provisions of sections fifty-six to sixty-eight, inclusive.
