SECTION 11V. Apprentice agreements in collective bargaining agreements

Nothing in this chapter or in an apprentice program or apprentice agreement entered into and approved under this chapter shall operate to invalidate any apprenticeship provision in a collective bargaining agreement between employers and employees setting up higher apprenticeship standards.
