SECTION 53. Retention and disposition of unclaimed cash and prizes

Unclaimed cash and prizes shall be retained by the gaming licensee for the person entitled to the cash or prize for 1 year after the game in which the cash or prize was won. If no claim is made for the cash or prize within 1 year, the cash or equivalent cash value of the prize shall be deposited in the Gaming Revenue Fund established in section 59.
