SECTION 131H. Violations by vendor; ineligibility period

Any vendor procuring a payment under the medical assistance program authorized by section one hundred and thirty-one E who violates any of the provisions of section one hundred and thirty-one F shall be ineligible to participate further in the program for a period of three years next subsequent to the date of said violation. However, a vendor shall not be considered in violation of section one hundred and thirty-one F upon submission of proof, to the satisfaction of the commissioner, that such violation was due solely to a clerical or administrative error.
