SECTION 133D. Rental or other charge for operation of vending facility

Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, no rental or other charge shall be demanded, assessed, exacted, required or received for the granting of authority to a vendor licensed by the commission for the blind to operate a vending facility pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
