SECTION 15HHHHH. Philanthropy Day

The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart November 15 as Philanthropy Day and recommending that those public and private organizations and individuals strongly influencing and promoting philanthropic activities within the commonwealth be recognized and that the day be observed in an appropriate manner by the people.
