SECTION 15WW. Youth in Government Day

The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart the first Friday in August as ''Youth in Government Day'' to call attention to the youth of the commonwealth who intern and volunteer in state government and recommending that the said day be observed in an appropriate manner by the people.
