SECTION 28. Portraits and art objects in state house; photographs

The state secretary may cause either black and white or colored photographs to be made of such portraits and other important art objects in the state house as he shall determine. The original negatives of such photographs shall be stored by the Massachusetts historical commission, and prints therefrom shall be made available by the state secretary for the use of the general public upon the payment of such fee as he shall establish.
