SECTION 13. Fees for certain commissions, etc.

Before the delivery of a commission to a person appointed commissioner under section three or four of chapter two hundred and twenty-two, master in chancery or justice of the peace, he shall pay to the state secretary a fee to be determined annually by the commissioner of administration under the provision of section three B of chapter seven. Before the delivery of a commission to a person appointed a notary public he shall pay to the state secretary a fee as determined annually under the aforementioned provision. Upon the change of name of any woman who has been appointed and qualified as a notary public, she shall re-register under her new name and shall pay to the state secretary a fee as determined annually under the aforementioned provision.
