SECTION 37. Rules and regulations; compliance with statutory filing requirements

Every department, board, commission, division, authority or official of state government, or subdivision thereof, authorized by law to make regulations, shall comply with the filing provisions of section five of chapter thirty A and such regulations shall not take effect until so filed.
