SECTION 62D. Permit applications; time for agency determination

Agencies shall act on permit applications within ninety days following issue of notice of availability of the final environmental impact report, within ninety days following issue of notice of the determination that a report is not required, or ninety days following the permit application, whichever is latest, unless otherwise provided by law.
