SECTION 2B. Reserve, permanent-intermittent or call firefighters as employees

In governmental units which accept the provisions of this section, reserve, permanent-intermittent or call firefighters shall be considered employees under this chapter, notwithstanding the definition of ''Employee'' in section two, and upon retirement shall be considered retirees under this chapter.
