SECTION 9D. Record of payments; form and contents

The record of payments ordered shall be in such form as the commissioners, with the approval of the director of accounts, may determine. It shall contain the name of each person to whom payment is ordered made, together with its amount, both of which shall be classified under a heading specifying the appropriation from which such payment is to be made.
