SECTION 36. County receipts, cash on hand and expenditures; monthly account

On or before the fifteenth day of each month the treasurer shall render to the county commissioners an account of all county receipts, cash on hand and expenditures for the prior month, and when approved and allowed by them, shall deliver it to their clerk.
