SECTION 20. Births and deaths in Tewksbury Hospital; records

Latest version.

Records of birth and death previously held by the superintendent of Tewksbury Hospital shall be transferred to the town clerk of Tewksbury. No certified copies of these records shall be issued by the superintendent of Tewksbury Hospital.
