SECTION 11. Detention of children; conditions

No child shall be detained in an infirmary for more than sixty days unless his physical condition is such as to make such action necessary or desirable or unless he is under three years of age and his mother is a suitable person to aid in taking care of him and is an inmate of the same infirmary.
