SECTION 90. Fire district; municipal agency

For the purposes of chapter 268A, a fire district shall be considered a municipal agency and each part-time firefighter of such fire district and any person who performs professional services for such a fire district on a part-time, intermittent or consultant basis, shall be considered a special municipal employee.
