SECTION 12. Posting of penalty sections

In all registration agencies and other government offices where voter registration is conducted, there shall be posted in a conspicuous place a legible copy of sections seven, eight and nine of chapter fifty-six. The provisions of this section shall not apply in the case of registrations under section forty-two A.
