SECTION 116. Caucus officers in newly incorporated cities or cities redivided into wards

In a newly incorporated city, or upon a redivision into wards of a city to which said provisions apply, the caucus officers to serve in the first caucuses held in the next succeeding year shall be appointed by the city committee; and at such caucuses the regular caucus officers shall be chosen. Where additional polling places are provided, after the election of caucus officers, officers to act in such polling places shall be appointed by the city committee.
