SECTION 37. Purchase of pews

A corporation which votes to avail itself of the provisions of section thirty-five shall, upon the application of a person owning a pew in its house, within one year after said vote, purchase such pew at the value determined by three disinterested persons, one of whom shall be chosen by the pew owner, one by the corporation, and the third by the two appraisers.
