SECTION 38F. Fees for services of directors of occupational guidance; prohibition; penalty for violation

A director of occupational guidance and placement who accepts any commission, fee, compensation or reward of any kind for obtaining a position for any person shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars, and upon conviction his office shall immediately become vacant.
