SECTION 9. Copies of report to be filed with chief executive officers of cities or towns

A copy of each report filed with the commissioner of education under this chapter shall also be filed at the same time with the chief executive officer of the city or town, but in the case of a regional school district with the chief executive officers of all the member cities and towns.
