SECTION 12. University property; management and administration

Latest version.

The trustees shall, on behalf of the commonwealth, manage and administer the university and all property, real and personal, belonging to the commonwealth and occupied or used by the university, and shall keep in repair houses, buildings and equipment so used or occupied.
