SECTION 15. Contracts for maintenance and repair

Latest version.

The department may contract with the town in which a state highway lies or with a private person or may make other provision for the maintenance and repair thereof in accordance with the regulations of the department and subject to its supervision and approval. Such contracts may be made without previous advertisement.
