SECTION 18. Notice to county commissioners of final action on petitions

Within two weeks after final action relative to the alteration or relocation of a highway or making specific repairs thereon, under the preceding section, the town clerk shall send a certified copy of the record of such final action to the county commissioners, who shall enter it upon their records.
