SECTION 1. Ferryman; license

Latest version.

The county commissioners may license for such time as they determine any suitable person to keep a ferry for hire, and may revoke such license when necessary. Each ferryman shall give to the state treasurer a bond with sufficient sureties for the faithful performance of his duty.
