SECTION 10. Requests for information or records from federal agencies

Latest version.

In accordance with any request duly made by an authorized official or agency of the United States, any information compiled or otherwise available to the division whether the same be a matter of public record or information specified by this chapter as not to be released or made public shall be transmitted to said officials or agency of the United States.
