SECTION 5B. Automatic shut–off nozzle for motorboat fuel dispensing devices; fine

Each pump or other dispensing device used to provide motor fuel for motorboats shall be equipped with an automatic shut-off nozzle which shall not be capable of being locked into an open position. Any violation of this section shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars.
