SECTION 46A. Violations of Sec. 46; penalty

Whoever, without first obtaining the license required by section forty-six, causes or permits the work of breaking up or altering of any vessel, scow, lighter or other structure, as described in said section, shall be subject to a penalty of not less than five dollars nor more than five hundred dollars to the use of the commonwealth to be recovered by an information in equity brought by the attorney general in the superior court.
