SECTION 71. Collision with gates of lock of Charles river dam; penalty

No person shall permit or suffer any vessel, scow, raft or float to come in contact with either of the gates of the lock of the Charles river dam. Whoever violates this section shall be punished by a fine of not more than fifty dollars.
