SECTION 92. Sale of perishable lost property

Such property, if perishable or liable to deteriorate greatly in value by keeping, or the value of which will probably be less than the expense of keeping, may be sold at public auction at such place and at such time within six months and by such person as the commission may designate, such notice of the time and place of sale as the commission may deem reasonable and proper first being given.
