SECTION 82. Rules and regulations relative to the sale of commercial fertilizers, soil conditioners and agricultural liming materials

The commissioner may prescribe and enforce such rules and regulations relative to the sale of commercial fertilizers, soil conditioners, and agricultural liming materials as he deems necessary to enforce sections sixty-four through eighty-three, inclusive.
