SECTION 34. Compensation to violators of regulations

No compensation shall be allowed by the commonwealth to an owner of condemned cattle who has failed to comply with the reasonable regulations of the director relative to cleanliness, ventilation, light, disinfection and water supply. An owner of cattle who refuses to comply with any such regulation shall be punished by a fine of not more than fifty dollars.
