SECTION 14R. Penalties; jurisdiction

Any trading stamp company which violates any provision of sections fourteen M to fourteen P, inclusive, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment for not more than one year, or both, and the superior court shall have jurisdiction in equity on the complaint of any interested person to restrain and enjoin the violation of any of said provisions.
