SECTION 131. Inspection, establishments under official United States inspection

Nothing in sections one hundred and eighteen to one hundred and thirty, inclusive, shall be construed so as to require or prohibit inspection by the department of any establishment under official inspection by the United States department of agriculture or any livestock or poultry or any livestock or poultry product under such official establishment.
