SECTION 139F. Penalties; violations of Secs. 139D or 139E

Any person who violates any provision of section one hundred and thirty-nine D or one hundred and thirty-nine E, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than sixty days, or both.
