SECTION 237. Sale and delivery of seed; avoirdupois weight

Except as otherwise provided in chapter ninety-nine, all contracts for the sale and delivery of timothy or herdsgrass seed shall be made by avoirdupois weight. Whoever violates this section shall be punished by a fine of not more than twenty dollars.
