SECTION 247. Sale of edgings and kindling wood

Edgings or kindling wood shall not be sold in bundles unless the same are closely packed and are not less than twenty-seven inches in circumference. Kindling wood may be sold in bulk by the load; but if unpacked shall not be sold unless by measure and, if exceeding six inches in length, shall not be sold in bags or sacks.
