SECTION 284. Penalties for violations related to slot machines and other automatic devices

Whoever installs or maintains a machine or device mentioned in the preceding section which is of a type not approved as therein provided shall, if such machine or device fails properly to respond to the insertion or deposit therein of a coin or other article of value, be punished by a fine of not more than twenty-five dollars.
