SECTION 303E. Penalty; violations of Secs. 303A to 303D

Except as otherwise provided in section three hundred and three C, violation of any provision of sections three hundred and three A to three hundred and three D, inclusive, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or both.
