SECTION 11. Tolerances and specifications for clinical thermometers

The deputy director shall promulgate tolerances and specifications for clinical thermometers. A correct clinical thermometer shall be one conforming to the standard established as provided in section nine and to specifications promulgated under this section, within such tolerances.
