SECTION 214. Violations; fines

Whoever violates any provision of sections two hundred and seven to two hundred and thirteen, inclusive, or any rule or regulation of the department promulgated thereunder shall be punished by a fine of not less than two hundred dollars nor more than two thousand dollars.
