SECTION 7. Enforcement; penalties

This chapter shall be enforced by the attorney general, the district attorney with jurisdiction over a violation or the department of public health. A person that violates this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than $5,000 for each transaction, occurrence or event that violates this chapter.
