SECTION 23AA. Unauthorized practice of respiratory care

No person shall hold himself out as a respiratory therapist or as being able to practice respiratory care or to render respiratory care services in the commonwealth unless he is licensed in accordance with section twenty-three S. Such a person shall be known as a respiratory therapist.
