SECTION 248. Sheet metal workers; notice for non-resolution of violation

If in the opinion of an inspector of buildings or other official, the holder of a license or certificate violates any law or rule or regulation relative to sheet metal work and has not resolved the violation to the satisfaction of the inspector, the inspector or other official shall give notice thereof to the board.
