SECTION 24D. Complaints relating to pharmacy technicians; investigation; discipline

The board shall investigate all complaints relating to the practice of pharmacy technicians. The authority granted to the board in sections 24 to 42A, inclusive, shall include the licensure and discipline of pharmacy technicians and the board may exercise such authority and conduct hearings regarding complaints in the same manner as it exercises regarding pharmacists.
